Eyebrows are one of our most important features, No more ‘tattooed’, solid-looking brows!Three things are crucial in achieving the perfect brows:
Colour
Pigments varying from soft blondes, greys, through various browns are mixed according to individuals colouring or to match your favourite eyebrow pencil colour.
Shape
Great care is taken in drawing on the perfect shape for your face.
Technique
This can vary from very natural strokes to slightly more defined, from more temporary to more permanent depending of individuals requirements, using different techniques either using a manual hand tool or a machine, sometimes both.For clients that are cautious, we recommend to start more conservatively and rather add more in further sessions.Clients needs may vary from:
- Simply enhancing sparse brows – through over plucking or hormone loss
- Light brows that require constant tinting or pencilling
- Creating balance for uneven eyebrows
- Tweaking ones shape to create the ultimate shape for your face
- Creating an arch or lift for more mature clients to create an eye-lift effect
- Full set of brows for clients with alopecia or undergoing chemotherapy
Permanent Eye Liner
Permanent Eye liner cosmetic tattoos involves enhancing the eyes; top, bottom or both; either a soft natural look or a thicker, more defined line. Cosmetic Tattoos are helpful to people with:
- allergies to make-up
- bad sight; who struggle to apply make-up
- loss of lashes through alopecia or chemotherapy
- tired, heavy eyes that need a lift
- OR anyone wanting neat; smudge-free; time-saving; hassle-free definition on their eyes.
Shades of brown, grey, charcoal or black are available.
Lips
Lip cosmetic tattoos has different applications to create different looks:
- giving definition to pale lips
- adding fullness to thin lips
- giving a youthfulness to older lips – a lift and fullness
- to help correct uneven lips
- OR replacing a lip–liner pencil, mixing to a colour of your choice.
There are three options:
- Lipliner
- Lipliner with shading – to blend the line into the lipcolour
- Full lip colour gives colour to pale lips or for lipstick that lasts all day!
Pigments will be mixed according to individuals requirement; from soft lip tones to darker more defined colours.
Shapes are drawn on before commencing.
Microblading
Microblading is a cosmetic tattooing procedure that fills in thin eyebrow areas to make them look fuller by imitating hair strokes. Unlike a traditional tattoo, which is permanent, the coloring from microblading may last for up to 3 years.
This is because microblading uses different tools and a smaller amount of pigment.
Microblading is best suited for clients with normal to dry skin.
Scalp
A hair tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, is a non-surgical, superficial cosmetic tattoo that gives the illusion of a close buzz cut hairstyle on a bald head or density to a thinning crown. The procedure can also be used to conceal scars from hair transplantation, and hide the visual impact of burns or scars on head.
